  • Coaching Services

    In addition to coaching a marathon training program in Charleston, South Carolina, Coach Greg and Coach Noah also offers individual and group training. Periodically, Coach Noah also offers a Couch to 5K program for those who are just starting or resuming their running careers.

    Every level of coaching includes a monthly training plan geared to your ability, goals, and racing plans. At Charleston Runs we don’t offer a cookie cutter approach. Your training is personal and is tailored just for you. Payment for all services can be made in person or online.

    Personal Coaching

    In the midst of your busy life you can still receive personalized training.  This type of coaching will involve communication that is primarily done by email.  The first month of coaching includes an in person initial consultation (approximately 30-60 minutes) and a full training plan.  For those outside of the Charleston area, the consultation is done via phone. Unlimited email support included. First month: $75, subsequent months: $50.

    Group Coaching

    If you have some friends that are interested in training together for a 5K, the Cooper River Bridge Run, or even a marathon, we can set up a group training program.  The type of program can be done in-person or online.  Regardless of the method, each member of the group will receive an initial consultation and a full training plan with detailed instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises. Prices vary depending on the type of coaching needed.   There is a 3-person minimum for all groups.
