Marathon Training
Charleston Runs is working with the Charleston Marathon to offer group marathon training for inaugural race on January 15, 2011.Building Up Your Miles
Anybody who wants to complete the Charleston Marathon needs to be running now and you should have been running for the last year.
Your Marathon Training
Charleston Runs training is always personal. Coach Greg wants to know you as a runner and person and wants to match your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle to your training program. Every runner in the program follows a very similar program but it is truly customized for ability groups.
Training for the Charleston Marathon costs $175 per person. This is far below what you would pay for a similar training program from other sources.
